What to Expect at Your First Appointment
If you've never had a piece made custom, you might not know what to expect. Here's exactly what happens from the moment you book to the moment you pick up.
Before You Come In
Fill out the inquiry form on the site and give us the basics — what you want, your budget range, and when you're available. We'll follow up to confirm the appointment.
You don't need to have a final design locked. Knowing "I want a bottom set, yellow gold, VVS stones" is enough to start the conversation.
The Consultation
The first appointment is about the vision and the fit. We'll talk through the design, look at reference photos if you have them, and take your impressions if we're building a grill.
For chains and pendants, we'll discuss length, width, weight, and clasp style. Every choice affects the finished piece, and we'll walk through all of it.
This usually takes 45 minutes to an hour.
The Deposit
Custom work requires a deposit to begin. The amount depends on the piece. We'll give you a full quote at the end of the consultation, and the deposit is collected before we start the build.
No deposit, no build. That's not negotiable — it protects both sides.
The Build
Once the deposit clears, we start. Most pieces are ready in 7–14 days. Complex designs or high stone counts may take longer. We'll give you a realistic timeline at the consultation and communicate if anything changes.
Pickup
When the piece is done, you'll come back in for a final fitting. For grillz, this is where we make any micro-adjustments. The balance is collected at pickup. You leave with the piece in hand.
