- Do I need to leave a deposit?
- Yes. A deposit starts the design process. Once you approve the design and details, half of the balance is due before production begins.
- How long does a custom piece take?
- Most custom pieces take 3–4 weeks after approval, depending on complexity. Fully iced or multi-part builds may take longer. You get a realistic timeline once the design is locked.
- How do I get my piece?
- You pick it up by private appointment at our Dallas–Fort Worth location, inside Solomon & Co Diamonds and Gold in Lewisville, TX.
- How much does custom jewelry cost?
- It depends on the metal, the size, and the stones. Every quote is built from your actual design and confirmed at your consultation — no vague estimates and no surprises at pickup.
- Can I upload an inspiration photo?
- Yes. Reference images help us understand the direction. Add a link to your inspiration when you start your custom order, or bring examples to your appointment.
- What materials can I choose?
- 925 sterling silver and 10k, 14k, or 18k gold in yellow, white, or rose — plus VVS moissanite, lab-grown diamond, or natural stones. We help you choose at the appointment.
- Do you offer shipping?
- We work by private appointment in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Ask about delivery options for your piece when you reach out and we will let you know what is possible.
- Do you offer financing?
- Ask about payment options at your consultation and we will walk you through what is available for your order.
