At Shmoney The Jeweler LLC, we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at shmoneythejeweler@gmail.com to discuss your options.

Custom Jewelry

There are no returns or exchanges on CUSTOM Jewelry with Shmoney The Jeweler. All CUSTOM Jewelry is guaranteed under our 30-Day Quality Guarantee. This policy entitles you to a free, one-time repair of your piece in the event that you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage due to manufacturing defects. This guarantee will be voided immediately in the event that user damage is detected (ie: water damage, accidental breakage, missing stones, etc.).

Once the 30-day guarantee has expired, a $99 USD Repair Fee will be charged for all future repairable product issues.

Other Products

For all other products, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at shmoneythejeweler@gmail.com to request a return authorization.

Returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item has been worn, altered, or damaged in any way.

We do not offer cash refunds. If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they will receive store credit to be used towards a future purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
